Alright here is the run down. I have one DID that I set the destination to be a ring group. This will ring all the phones just fine. The problem is when a phone goes to answer that call they get dead air and the ring group just keeps ringing. What’s even worse is the call still stays active. Meaning the phones state shows that is on a call even though they have hungup. The only way I have found to clear that state is to reboot the server. If I set the destionation for that DID to be an extension all works just fine. If I call that ring group from and internal phone I get the same story. This is true for both ring groups and queues. Attached is a sample of a call in from external and shows my user picking up the phone but the calls never get “Bridged”.
