Hello, I have this situation presently:
3 cellphone in a ring group.
When somebody calls the DID, all the phones ring at the same time. If somebody declines the call, the two other cellphone will stop ringing.
Is it possible to make it continue ringing even if one of the participants decline a call?

Did you set “Confirm Calls” to “Yes” ?
This forces the user to type in “1” to accept the call otherwise the other phones in the ring group will continue ringing…
It sounds like you have “Confirm Calls” set to “No”…
