Ring group, follow me, mobiles and missed call notifications

Hi there,

We have a small operation center with 4-5 guys. There is a ring group for the desktop phones. Follow me was set to the mobile phones.
What is the best practice or how should we set it fine? We should know if all calls were handled. How can be we sure if a call was handled on a mobile via follow me? If it was not handled at all we should send an email with the caller id.
