I am running Incredible PBX 3.11 Asterisk (Ver. 11.3.0) on a Raspberry Pi. Inbound DID to extension works properly and rolls over to voicemail if unavailable. However, I prefer to have the incoming DID go to a Ringall group consisting of 2 extensions, and then voicemail if Destination No Answer. When I do that and use Anveo as the DID provider and no extension picks up, the call for some reason, ends up back with Anveo - Asterisk never ends up with the call. Any ideas?
First thing that comes to mind is Anveo not ringing long enough? Do they provide voice mail service for your DID(s) ?
