Retrying download of asterisk-sounds-extra on new install

I’m installing freepbx 16 to upgrade a pbxact UC60 pbx. It’s about 3/4 through installation but seems to be hanging at Retrying download of asterisk-sounds-extra-en-alaw-1.5-2.sng7.noarch (10/10)

It’s been there for 15+ minutes. I started the install about an hour ago.
I downloaded the ISO from freepbx site and used Rufus to flash it to a usb flash drive. I didn’t come up with this error in other searches which isn’t exactly a good sign. Thoughts?

No restrictions on the internet that I can tell.

I ended up using another usb flash drive and the install completed.
