Asterisk (Ver. 1.4.21.2)
FREEPBX 2.7
its a fresh install, just upgraded, to freepbx 2.7 and broke.
FREE PBX SYSTEM STATUS:
retrieve_conf failed, config not applied.

The module was unable to connect to the Asterisk manager.
Make sure Asterisk is running and your manager.conf settings are proper
