I noticed after upgrading to PBXact to 16 I am seeing on the CDR:
NUMBERDIALED@restrictedroute-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:x

When look though the log, it is just going through my local outbound route. I don’t believe there are any restrictions that I am aware of. I do notice the route says CoS is enabled, but there are no CoS setup.

Does anyone know why I am seeing “restricted route”?

Because you, at one point, installed Restricted Routes commercial module. It does have a free year of use when you activate it.

I don’t see any modules with that name or any wikis? Is it Extension Routes? or Class of Service?

Probably Extension Routes then.

IIRC restricted routes are also shown when the routes are tied to a time group. Do you have any?
