Is it possible to restore a single module from a full backup?

Short answer: It does not appear to be using a full backup and fwconsole backup --restoresingle
Long answer: It is possible to untar the full backup and create the equivalent of the results of fwconsole backup --backupsingle and then restore the module from the manually created tar.
As always, munging around this way should be done on a test system and not on a production box.
