Restore from to - Missing IVR, Ring Groups and Call Flow Control

Hey everyone,

The restore process from 13 to 15 doesn’t produce any errors and brings over extensions, trunks, inbound/outbound routes and such, but the IVR’s, ring groups and call flow control are missing.

The backup I’m restoring from is a Full Backup with’s VM’s.

The error log indicates:
Processing ivr
The module ivr does not support restores

Is this not supported? Is there a method of restoring these? I have an elaborate RG/CFC setup.

Answering my own question: it was because the pbx wasn’t activated. I thought not being activated would just affect purchased modules, but it affects others as well.
