I tried looking for the documentation on this and Google brings up so many unrelated topics. I didn’t think this would be so hard to do.
I just need to get into last months call recordings, I have the backup file. I just have no idea how to restore it or view it.
The file is a tarball and it should have a folder called files, inside that is the files added by respective modules. The callrecording module doesn’t backup any files… to be honest I don’t know what if any module backs up the callrecording files so they may not be there.
Yeah, I tried loading both the unzipped and zipped version of the file and it doesn’t show any module when it uploads.
