Rest-login not working after logout

Im trying to get login and logout setup and am having trouble.
The phones are Digium D70, and im running freepbx 12. I’ve added the Rest-login button to the softkey template in the EPM. When the phone is registered, I can select rest-login and logout the phone just fine. However when I when I select rest-login again to enter a new user, I get the error “Request failed: please try again”

Any Idea what im doing wrong?

Do you have a default template set for the D70?

Oops i do not. I bet that was the problem. Gonna give that a shot right now.
