Right. Thats what I thought. But until the OP posts back we are only assuming and without any more detailed information from the user I did not what to propose that’s what they meant.
You can not turn the FreePBX interface into a responsive interface. The navigation menu is not responsive and it’s impossible for it to ever be in it’s current state.
The User Control Panel will be Responsive in it’s next release.
