RESOLVED: All circuits are busy now?

Hello everyone. I’m very new to the game. I downloaded FreePBX Stable-1.813.210.58 and setup on a VM for testing purposes and bought a trunk and DID from freepbx. I can receive calls but when I try to dial out I get all circuits are busy. I used Auto-Configure Keycode to configure trunk. When I go into SIPSTATION module SIP Ping says unreachable I DMZ the host for testing and port forward port 5060 and 10000-20000 with no luck.

I have one outbound route with both trunk1 and trunk2 and the following dial patterns.

So changing “IP Configuration” under NAT settings to “Public IP” fixed both the SIP ping unreachable problem and outgoing calls.
