we have FreePBX 16.0.40.11, Asterisk 18.16.0. And we have a reporting task from our management. The task is to count answered, unanswered, failed calls for specific extensions.
Is there any application, program or module to complete this work?

Thanks for your advice. One question, is it possible to install module and check if it is what we need? I mean trial period.
If Sangoma Portal offering Trial yes you can. Otherwise you have to contact with your Sangoma Account manager.
You can find yours Account manager at Sangoma Portal main screen top right corner.

NP, Before purchase this module you have to know your FreePBX ID, Copy it
After go to Sangoma portal and select FreePBX CM Queue Reports (Q Xact) 1 Month Trial
add in a basket and at the checkout you can see Deployment Options past your PBX ID there and finish your purchase.
After finished purchase license from portal you have to go FreePBX
1-) Admin β System Admin β Activation β PRESS to Update Activation ( You have to see new ordered License here. )
2-) ADMIN β Module Admin β Find Queue Reports β Install it.
