Reporting for outbound calls

Hi,
Can you tell me if there is any way to get decent reporting for call reporting. We have trialled the call recording reports, but this only reports on incoming calls it seems. We would like to get detailed reporting on in and outgoing calls, who’s picking up calls, who’s not answering calls etc…etc…
