i would like user to hear a message on how to dial the correct number instead of the default when calling out to overseas numbers is failed due to invalid dialplan.
Where can i replace that?
- Create the message using Admin -> System recordings module
- Then goto Applications -> Announcement and select the message
- Select Terminate call as the destination after playback
- Create a new outbound route with dial pattern X. to match all (at least one digit) dialed numbers.
- Leave empty the trunk sequence
- Select Your Announcement on “Optional Destination on Congestion”
