Renewed commercial module not reflected in deployment, support xfer to dead end

Again trying to get a Zulu renewal to show up in a deployment. Opened a case in the portal, then called in. Support transferred me to the “customer success” queue. That greeting has a options that don’t apply and ends with “or stay on the line and someone will assist”. Then it says “no valid input received”.

I hung up, called back and tried sales and after several minutes of hold music, ended up in voicemail.

Called back again, got into the “customer success” hold music. After one loop it just went quiet.

How is it still this difficult?

So after telling me they couldn’t fix it, support emailed me to say it was fixed. Why I was told otherwise and transferred to a dead-end queue remains a mystery.
