Removing old deployments from the Sangoma Portal

This has been mentioned before, and @tonyclewis helpfully said it wasn’t possible for deployments that have commercial modules. My issue is, just like the poster replied (and did not get a further response), I have many deployments with no commercial modules just clogging up the interface. I’ve even gone ahead and renamed them all ending in -todelete in case there’s a way to get an agent of Sangoma to go ahead and remove them. Some do have commercial modules, but they’re all expired, so I don’t see a reason to not remove them too.

Unfortunately none have the option to delete on my end.

I assume I can’t be alone in this, having 15 deployments but only 2 I want to keep.

Hello @tomk there’s no way to have old deployments removed from portal. I do have a few recommendations though.

1: label inactive deployments as such using the location field.

2: Create a new portal account and claim only the deployments you want in that account.

Also- if possible, reuse old deployments when the time comes - I see resellers doing this regularly.
