Remove BLF from contacts list?

I’m also having the same issue this person is having:

Is there a way I can remove the BLF line contacts from showing in the contacts list in the contacts app?

Yes, you can remove BLF line contacts from appearing in the Contacts app by updating the phone template. To do this:

  1. Edit the phone template from EPM for the affected phone models and leave the Contacts App configuration empty.
  2. Rebuild the phone configuration and push the updates to the phones.

Once the configuration is updated, the Contacts app will no longer display the BLF contacts on the phones.

Additionally, check the Extension Mapping page:

  • If BLF keys are configured using the Custom Keys option, update or remove them from there as well to ensure they don’t appear on the phones.
