Remove 00 prefix when dialing via specific trunk

Hi all,

need your help. we started to work with new provider which accepts only full number with country code.
We are regularly dial with 00 at start for our other providers.

What can I do in order to set that when I am going with the specific new provider sip trunk the system will remove the 00 and send the rest of the number to the trunk?

On the outbound routes that lead to the trunk, set Prefix to 00

Yes but I am using other trunks that using this method, and also our systems is configured to dial from our CRM with 00. any solution on trunk level? :slight_smile:

Sorry didn’t understood at first. when added it to the prefix it looks fine now, call are going without 00 but I can dial with 00.
