Remote extensions unable to send audio

I been trying to find how I would turn the VPN off, But I don’t have a VPN Installed myself, Also I’m in the UK not Bulgaria, so I believe It’s has something to do with Three Mobile

Possibly, this setup allows their push notifications to work without special config on the PBX end. I don’t know Zoiper but there are likely settings to disable this behavior, or you could try a different app (Linphone, GS Wave, etc.)

Alternatively, we can try to debug the present setup. Run sngrep and see whether any RTP is coming from the remote phone. If not (and your networking hardware permits) we can capture traffic on the WAN interface to see whether it’s a firewall issue. Modem make/model? Separate router/firewall, if any?
