I have a remote extension that has registered successfully and can ring phones, but there is no sound from either side of the call. I have forwarded port 5060 and ports 10000-20000 from the router to my FreePBX server.
What could be the problem?
The RTP packets that contain the sound are not being received and or transmitted.
You either have misconfiguration on FreePBX NAT settings or the router and one end or the other. That’s all that could cause it.
I don’t see anything wrong…
Anyone know what I could be doing wrong???
