Remote Call Forward doesn't work when extension is within Ring Group.... Is there way?

Provider sends +1, which is stripped(custom), extension/DID is the real phone number.
Without a IBR (InboundRoute), call travels to extension fine.
When RCF is set, it goes out (some custom code required for SIP header diversion)

Ok, when I take this Extension, put it into a Ring group (have tried all ringdown methods) and add an IBR to point to Ringdown group, all works great.
When I RCF(remotecallfwd) the first extension, the ring group skips over that extension, instead of RCF… How can I get this to RCF instead of ringing next extension?

2393331212 is number being called (and RCF)
2394441212 is next extension is ringdown
2395551212 is my cell phone ringing in
