We have one remote Aastra 57i phone that reboots randomly. We have tried firmware and replacing the phone with no help. The phones on our internal network do not have this problem. Using Freepbs with astrisk 11.13.1. Was wondering if anyone was having a similar problem or knew of a setting to correct this.
Have you tried moving that phone to a different network location? Unless you have a cron that is sending reboot requests to a specific extension, FreePBX is not going to do this.
A 57i is an old device, it may well be preparing for a journey to the Undying Lands. Could also be flaky power. How is it configured/provisioned?
Asterisk 11 is nearly six years from when it was last fully supported, and nearly five years from end of life.
