Reloading takes a lot

Hi there. Just updated a production server from 2.11 to 12. Unfortunately the reload is taking from 3 to 5 minutes.
So current version is : 6.12.65-24

How many extensions do you have

Around 25 extensions and 2 sip trunks.
By the way this is what i get with gpg --refresh-keys:

Why would you run gpg refresh keys?

I’ve read it in one of threads on the forum(try if the system is resolving the gpg servers). Any tips what can I try to resolve the issue?

I had similar problem, see [Solved] Upgrade from 6.12.65-20 to 6.12.65-23 now very slow
I had to open up TCP port 11371 outgoing from the server, this is used to access the PGP servers. So check you can resolve DNS lookups and allow that port outgoing. I went from about 5 minutes reload time down to 20 seconds.

I’ve already tried that but it seems that my problem is not the same.

What is the order of you DNS servers in Sys Admin module?
Make sure 127.0.0.1 is top then add your DNS servers below.
I had same issue today with server i moved from test to production and site had different subnet.
