Hi all,

I’m getting the following error when I try to Apply Config:

Yes.

The license was expired, but no change after renewing it.

We tried disabling/re-enabling, reinstalling it, and finally upgrading it. No luck on any.

Solved.

The issue was an empty feature code that was enabled. ‘fc_lookup’ was the clue.

Another guy was trying set up a feature code and must have missed setting the actual code.

The fact that an empty feature code could be enabled, which in turn causes the app to toss an error, seems like a bug to me.
