Registration error after synchronization with Active Directory

Hello!
Immediately after the automatic creation of the extension, after synchronization with Active Directory, it is not possible to register on the PBX. The solution to the problem is to make a forced reload config. Is there a way to correct this behavior?
FreePBX version is 16.0.40.8

Is there a way to solve this problem?

A workaround is the cron task:
fwconsole reload
But it’s a big crutch. The system should not behave this way.
