Recordings page blank after login

I just setup a new pbx with PBX Firmware: 5.211.65-14. When I click on the user panel to listen to recorded calls. I can login, but after that the page is blank. No error message just blank. I looked at the error log in /var/log/httpd and see the following messages.

I tried uninstalling endpoint manager, but that didn’t solve the problem. Any ideas. I don’t really know how to diagnose the problem since I’m not getting an error message just a blank page.

rm -Rf /var/www/html/admin/modules/endpointman/ari/modules/phonesettings.module

I apologize, I did search but most of the posts I saw were dealing with older versions of freepbx (2.9 or before). I did see the thread about deleting endpoint, so I uninstalled the module via the GUI. When that didn’t work I decided to post. Thanks for the help.
