Recording naming convention randomally changed

We are facing an issue where calls from a dialler are no longer showing the correct naming convention where it adds the number being dialled to the recording naming. However when dialling out manually the naming convention is correct. We have not made any chages on our end. Has anyone come across this or have any ideas. We are using FreePBX 14.0.17 (There is a plan in place to upgrade FreePBX). This only started happening in December and was fine before that.

Correct: external-(Extension)-(Number dialled)-(Date)-(Time)-(Random).mp3
Incorrect: external-(Extension)-(Queue)-(Date)-(Time)-(Random).mp3
