Recording all system calls Please Help!

ok running AsteriskNOW 1.5 with FreePBX 2.6 and Asterisk 1.4. ok within the call monitor feature of Voice Mail and Recording is set for all extensions to record all incoming and outgoing calls, the same as within the FreePBX extensions setup.Am I missing something?

I can not get this to work, have even given the extensions permission as well within the manager.conf file :

I don’t know if I even had to give permissions but I guessed at that may be the problem. I have also been testing this only with extension to extension calls.
Should we be able to record extension to extension calls, or is this the problem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
