Record call starting announcement

Guys, please help, I read the documentation, then, multiple posts here, and couldn’t resolve the issue.
Using latest version of FreePBX (and Asterisk) on a standalone AWS instance.

Current setup:
Inbound trunk*-> Call recording(entity) ->Time condition->Announcement->Queue->Agent

    • Signal RINGING YES (tried with NO too); Call record FORCE; Force Answer YES (tried with NO too)

Current behavior: Recording starts on the agent level (extension pickup)
Desired behavior: Recording starts on the first answer (Announcement or Trunk)

Spent hours on this, please help if someone knows :slight_smile:
