I need to recompile asterisk because I need to install a different version of dahdi, I’m using asterisk 11.4.0 and freepbx 2.11. Can this cause any problem to my configuration? And If I recompile asterisk with version 11.6?

Dahdi is not part of Asterisk it is a channel driver that Asterisk can and does use, recompiling asterisk is not necessary.
