I’m probably just doing something wrong. But when I want to rebuild the VPN files before they expire, I can’t seem to get it to work via provisioning.
I use yealink phones. They were provisioned with the existing vpn files, and all is registered and working fine. Then I rebuild the vpn files via the System Admin > VPN Server tab.
I don’t know the command anymore since “service restart” doesn’t exist anymore, so I just go to the settings tab and turn off the server, then turn it back on.
I wait until the files have been generated and see the new days counting down. Then go to EPM, “Rebuild and update phones”.
Alas, it doesn’t work.
What am I doing wrong? From what I read, it should be that simple, no?
