Is there a command to reapply/recommit the database without going through each item in the portal? The reason I ask it that I had to rebuild a server from backup recently and found that even though everything showed up in the portal, the extensions and routes were not being recognized by Asterisk. Once I went through each configuration item and reapplied them manually it all worked as it did before.
The Asterisk Berkley DB does not always restore correct.
If this happens you have to untar the backup and run the ast restore db script (that is not the exact name but you should be able to find it based on that info) manually.
Everything will be fine after that.
