Really simple question , but can not figure it out

I feel kind of silly because I know I have done this before but cant figure out how to do it again.

How can I automatically play a message to someone when they pick up the phone?

When a person in my office dials out and the receiving person picks up the phone, I would like FreePBX Distro to play a message then allow both party’s to have a conversation.

Any ideas using the GUI for this?Running Asterisk Distro, Asterisk version Ver. 1.8.15.0 .

Did you search the forum before you posted? There is another thread on this subject.

The short answer is no way to do it from GUI
