is there a real time call monitoring feature in freepbx version 13.0.197.31

What kind of call monitoring are you looking to do?

need to check status of agents on call, on hold, on idle with time duration

Do you mean pause, rather than hold?

If it is call center you could make something yourself using the data on Reports>Asterisk Info
