is there anyone that can help me

will your carrier accept a call with the CID set to 204XXX1703 ?

also on another note:-

[2013-03-04 19:12:37] NOTICE[2960] chan_sip.c: Registration from '“Mike” ’ failed for ‘184.73.248.111:55825’ - No matching peer found

Is perhaps a problem, do you know Mike? Is this an install on an Amazon EC2 machine? Do you have an effective firewall in place?

I say this because maybe someone is already using your trunk when you place a call, (ISDN hangup cause 34)

The missing parts of the call log might also help (1-22), you started at s@macro-dialout-trunk:23
