RC13 upgrade: retrieve_conf error in dialplan.php

Hello,

after upgrading to RC13 I get the following error:

Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 255
exit: 255
Unable to continue. Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/html/admin/modules/queues/functions.inc/dialplan.php on line 579

This is dialplan.php-line 579: foreach ($device_list as $device) {
if ($device[‘user’] != ‘’) {

Is someone please able to help me?

Hello,

thank you very much for your quick response and action!

I’ve installed the new queues version 13.0.7.but unfortunately now
there is the same error in dialplan.php on line 584 (seems to be the same
part of the code with another line number now).

Could it be related to the users & devices mode I’m currently using?

I would say this is 100% a D&U mode issue which isn’t generally supported. I went through and cleaned all the arrays up via search. I cannot reproduce the issue so it is 100% a guessing game. That said 584 should be covered within the original fix as it is the same variable being called. Can you copy the full error please.

Same thing happened to me after installing OSS endpoint manager in 13.

OSS EPM is not supported by us. And nobody has touched it for 13.
