I’m using an IVR to drive the caller through.
After the greetings’ announcement I would like to play a random announcement which is actually a short advert.
I don’t see how it can be done with the functions provided by the IVR feature.
I could do it, for instance, using a script but then running a script is not something provided by the IVR feature.
