Podem me ajudar?
Please excuse my writing in English.
FreePBX was not designed as a multi-tenant system. While you could easily set up custom dial plan to prevent x4501 from dialing x8502, there are many subtleties. Examples: Prevent a call parked by 4501 from being picked up by 8502. Prevent 8502 from using ‘call pickup’ to answer 4501 when it’s ringing.
If you are providing phone service to multiple independent organizations, either set up FreePBX in separate virtual machines, or choose a competing PBX that supports multi-tenant.
If that’s not your situation, please describe the application in more detail.
I understand, but in Asterisk, there is a way to configure contexts that we can use so that extensions do not call extensions with a certain number. For example, extensions that are in the sales context cannot communicate with extensions that are in the management context, only between them. I would like to know if there is a way to do this in freepbx 17, through the Custom Contexts v17.0.1.3 module?
thank you for your attention.
