QXact Reports data missing

All of my Queue reports data prior to May 2026 has disappeared? My data retention has been set to 390 days for a couple of years now. Although I did have to reset that back in Nov as some update had put it back to the default. Along with that issue all of my templates disappeared and I had to rebuild them. My CDR data is present back to 2020. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to rebuild the missing data? Doesn’t the queue data come from the CDR table? I had thought so… Sorry, I can usually research the problem and find an answer but not this time.

I did reboot and reinstall the module and that did not resolve the issue.

I think it’s best if you open a support ticket with this info – share the ticket ID and I will have it looked at.

I had a similar issue when I migrated from PBXact 16 → 17. I opened a ticket with support and the fix was to upgrade to the latest edge module.
fwconsole ma upgradeall --edge

Otherwise, you can just upgrade that individual module to the latest edge.
fwconsole ma downloadinstall qxact_reports --edge --force

Then apply changes in the console or run:
fwconsole reload

At least that resolved it on my end.
