Hello,
I cannot seem to pull any data using the QXact report. The data is there in the report up until a specific date. Then after that date, nothing is showing in the report. It seems to be the exact issue that someone had in the link below, but I did not see a resolution for it.

I am using Queues Pro version 13.0.42.7 and Queue Reports version 13.0.15.10
Asterisk version is 13.23.1
Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
