I have had a request to produce queue reports based on a half hour breakdown rather than the current hourly breakdown. I realise that this is not one of the standard options, but there must be a way of adjusting this ‘under the hood’. I’m assuming it is a function of whatever takes the raw data and adds it to tables that Qxact reports on.
Has anyone else had this need/want to break the reports up into shorter timeframe than hours?
Can anyone recommend a developer if this is what it might take?
