Putting the finishing touches on a deployment. Client has IP330 Polycom phones. They are used to seeing “Callers” and “Dir” on their phones. I’m OK with that, but I’m not sure how to get there. The “Horizontal Soft Keys” look like the right place to set these up, but I don’t see any way in the EPM to enable the softkey features without editing the MAC-features.cfg file.
I’m sure it’s something simple I’m overlooking, but the Wiki didn’t really get me where I was hoping to go. What am I overlooking to get these implemented?
