Queues Time Condition & Time Group Setup


Recently i created Queues and add all my extension number now i need to set up time condition and Time group for that Queues and also when some one calls in the queues extension and if they press hold button then instead of music its playing busy IVR.

when ever we hold calls this busy voice recording plays which we want only if all agents are busy not by pressing hold button and its play this.

You can change the recording (replace the file with a new recording with the same name),or change the logic by changing the hold music for the extensions in question.
