Is there an option to have call waiting for extensions that in a queue but to not have the asterisk dialing offline extensions?
At the moment when I set in the queue “Skip Busy Agents = No”, the call waiting works but the asterisk is also dialing to offline extensions.. any idea how to make the asterisk to dial only extensions that are available or on a call?
