I have a queue setup with several agents in them,
It does not matter which ring strategy or penalties set, it only rings the first available extension.
If they don’t answer, it does not try any of the others!
What am I doing wrong??

Multiple issues with this config but your problem is autofill yes combine with a 60 second retry. So ring once, deliver to one agent, then wait 1 minute before sending to the next agent.
