Queue's in FreePBX and agents in Skype for Business

Hi Guys,

Need some help. We have got a FreePBX handling all incomming calls and transfering it to Skype. But they want a queue if one person is on call already.

Problem is that Skype is taking the call and ignoring the status of the person who is called.
Does anyone knowns how to handle that.

Enable the ‘confirm calls’ option in the queue?

Done that. But problem is that when calling it is transfer to skype (picked up or not), the second call is also transfered.

The calflow at this moment, inbound >> Queue >> Agent (Extension) >> Follow me (Skype).
