Queues and how the work

Call Queues.

Is it possible/easy to set up trixbox so that when incoming calls arrive at a queue the attendants phones ring and continue to ring even whilst the reassurance message or queue position messages are being played to the callers?

If an agent becomes free whilst a message is being played to the caller then the phones stop ringing and the call can’t be answered until the message is over. I know that this could result in a caller hearing only half the message and then the call being answered but I don’t think that this is a problem?

If a call that has been in a queue is being played a position message just as an attendant becomes free and then a second call arrives in the queue would the second call get answered first?
