Hi there can i please have some help i am triying to get Agent Announcement to work i red that you must do it in system recordings.
a have about 6 system recordings and when i go to QUEUES Agent Announcements i should be abel to select any of the system recordings that i have rihgt.? but when i want to try and select 1 there are none there? someone please help

yes they do all show on system recordins page
